Billing, Cancellations and Refunds

Effective August 2, 2026 · Last updated August 2, 2026

What you are charged for, when the charge happens, what happens when an appointment falls through, and how to raise a problem. Every client signs an agreement before work starts; where that agreement differs from this page, the signed agreement governs.

Who charges you

Charges are made by DANIEL MOSHE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as XPrime Media. Card statements show the business name. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers ourselves.

Verified appointments

What it costs

$200 to $250 per verified appointment, agreed in writing before the campaign starts. There is no setup fee, no management fee and no monthly retainer on this program. You are charged per appointment and nothing else.

When you are charged

You are charged at the moment an appointment is sent to you, in the fixed format agreed in your contract. Payment is taken automatically from the payment method on file. You may change that payment method at any time.

Advertising budget is separate, and is not paid to us

You fund the advertising budget directly to the advertising platform, from your own account and your own card. That money never passes through us and we take no percentage of it. Around $150 a day is the level we recommend, and it is a recommendation, not a commitment.

What counts as an appointment you pay for

An appointment is billable when it has cleared all three checks agreed in your contract: the person who owns the decision is confirmed, the work is planned inside the agreed timeframe, and the job is inside the agreed scope. The address is confirmed twice before a time is set.

Cancellations and replacements

Three situations, and each has one answer:

  • The customer cancels, or does not show up. You are not left holding it. The appointment is replaced with a new verified appointment at our cost. You pay nothing extra for the replacement.
  • The customer asks to move the appointment. You reschedule with them directly. There is no second charge.
  • The appointment falls through on your side, because you did not attend, cancelled it, or did not get back to the customer in time. That appointment remains billable. It was delivered.

Stopping the program

You can stop at any time, with no notice period and no exit fee. Tell us and we pause the campaign. You remain responsible for appointments already sent to you before you stopped, and for any advertising spend already committed on your own account.

Websites, SEO and marketing partnership

These are quoted per project or per month and are governed by the agreement you sign before work begins. That agreement sets the scope, the price, the payment schedule and the notice period. Nothing on this website changes it.

Project work is generally invoiced in stages. Work completed and delivered is payable, whether or not the project continues.

Refunds

We do not refund work that was delivered as agreed. For verified appointments, the replacement policy above is the remedy: an appointment you could not use through no fault of your own is replaced, not refunded.

Where we charged in error, charged twice, or charged for an appointment that did not meet the agreed checks, we refund it in full. Tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it and come back to you within 5 business days.

Raising a problem

Email daniel@xprimemedia.com with the date, the amount and what happened. We would rather sort it directly than have you open a dispute with your bank, and we will not stop work while a question is being reviewed.

Currency and taxes

All prices are in United States dollars. Prices are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT or withholding that may apply in your jurisdiction; where such a tax applies, it is added to the invoice or is your responsibility, depending on local rules.

Changes

We may update this page. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not apply retroactively to charges already made, and do not override a signed agreement.
