Privacy Policy

Effective August 2, 2026 · Last updated August 2, 2026

This policy explains what information XPrime Media collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Who we are

This website is operated by DANIEL MOSHE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as XPrime Media ("XPrime Media", "we", "us"). We are a marketing agency serving owner operated businesses in the United States.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Business name
  • City or ZIP code
  • The service you selected
  • Anything you write in the free text field
  • The fact that you checked the consent box, and when

You can also contact us by email. In that case we receive whatever you choose to put in your message.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or precise geolocation. Please do not send these through the form.

Cookies and tracking

As of the effective date above, this website sets no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies, and runs no advertising pixels. The only third party the page contacts is Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces.

If that changes, this section will be updated before any analytics or advertising technology goes live, and a consent mechanism will be presented where one is required.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether we are a fit
  • To provide the services you ask us to provide
  • To keep records of what was agreed and what was delivered
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
  • To protect the site against fraud and abuse

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.

How we contact you, and how to stop it

When you check the consent box and submit the form, you are giving us permission to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, by phone call, text message and email, about your enquiry and our services.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire us without agreeing to receive texts, by emailing us instead of using the form.
  • Message and data rates may apply to text messages, depending on your mobile plan.
  • To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help.
  • To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us and ask.
  • To stop calls, tell us on a call or email us and ask. We will record the request.

Mobile information and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run our tools, for example website hosting, email, and our customer relationship management system. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
  • Professional advisers such as our accountant or lawyer, where needed.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.

If our business is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would tell you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and contract law requires, generally seven years. Consent records are kept for as long as we may need to show that consent was given.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections to this site and access controls on the systems that hold enquiry data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and your rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Give you a copy of it
  • Correct it if it is wrong
  • Delete it
  • Stop contacting you

Email daniel@xprimemedia.com with the request. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify who you are before we act, usually by replying from the email address on file.

California residents

California law gives residents specific rights over personal information, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising. We honour the access, deletion and correction requests described above for California residents whether or not the statutory thresholds apply to our business. You may use an authorised agent to make a request; we will ask for proof of their authority.

In the twelve months before the effective date of this policy, the categories we collected are identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity, all from you directly or from your use of this site, for the business purposes listed above.

Other states

If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon or Montana, you have comparable rights. Use the same email address and we will handle your request the same way.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We operate in the United States and our service providers are generally located there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
