Messaging Terms

The program

XPrime Media Marketing. Promotional text messages about our marketing services: what we are offering contractors and owner operated businesses, current openings for new client accounts, and occasional updates on what we do. The same consent also covers replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, and account or billing notices.

This is a promotional program, and it is also conversational. We only text people who ticked the consent box and asked to hear from us.

How you opt in

You opt in by ticking the consent box on our contact form and submitting it. The box is not pre-checked, and the form will submit without it. This is the only place we collect consent to text you.

The consent language on the form reads:

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. You can work with us and never receive a text; email us instead of using the form.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiry and the work in progress. Most conversations are a handful of messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. XPrime Media does not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in a second time.

Supported carriers and delivery

The program is supported by major United States mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and text message is not a suitable channel for anything urgent or safety related.

Privacy

What we do with your phone number is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell your personal information, and mobile information and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the authorised owner or user of the mobile number you provide.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
